The Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020 Joint Operational Program, withing the Regional Office for Cross Border Cooperation Suceava, located in Suceava, Suceava County, Romania, and the Non-Government Organization "Academy of Modern Technologies", located in Ivano-Frankivsk city, Ivano-Frankivsk region, Ukraine, have signed the Memorandum of Understanding on 03 July 2020.
The Programsme covers:
in Romania - Suceava, Botosani, Satu-Mare, Maramures, Tulcea
in Ukraine - Zakarpatia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odessa, Chernivtsi oblasts
The memorandum represents a relationship between two organizations which involves the development of joint activities in the benefit of the partners and of the Programme, respectively of the local communities that these address to.
The parties agree on the fact that the memorandum is governed by the Romanian law in force and will reach a common approach on the actions to be taken in order to implement the present memorandum.
